License Agreement

Effective date: 10 May 2026

This License Agreement (“Licence”) is a contract between you (“Licensee”, “you”) and NOVENTRAX LTD (company number 17202611), trading as “ArtPixelVault” (“we”, “us”, “our”). It governs your use of every PBR material, HDRI environment, 3D model and bundle pack (collectively, the “Content”) obtained from https://artpixelvault.com.

By downloading any Content from the Site you agree to be bound by this Licence. If you do not agree, do not download.

1. Licence grant

Subject to your continued compliance with this Licence, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use, copy, modify and incorporate the Content in your own personal, educational and commercial projects, with no per-project fees and no obligation to credit ArtPixelVault.

The Licence is granted to you (the registered account holder, or — if no account is required for that download — the individual or organisation that purchased the Content). It is not transferable to a separate third party as a standalone deliverable.

2. Permitted uses

You may:

• use the Content in real-time renders, offline renders, video, animation, VFX and broadcast media;
• use the Content in games, AR/VR experiences, simulators, training applications and product configurators;
• use the Content in architectural visualisation, interior visualisation, product visualisation and motion design;
• use the Content in client work without paying any per-project fee (you may bill your client for the design service, not for the Content itself);
• modify, retexture, recolour, resize, retopologise, bake or remap the Content to fit your project;
• combine the Content with other assets, including assets from other vendors, to produce derivative works;
• use the Content with or without crediting ArtPixelVault. Credit is appreciated but not required.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• redistribute the Content “as is” or repackage it as your own asset library, texture pack, HDRI pack, model pack, NFT, AI training dataset, or any equivalent product whose primary value is the Content itself;
• use the Content as the principal element of a trademark, logo or brand identity (you may use it as a supporting element within a larger composition, but not as the dominant mark);
• claim authorship of the Content or assert exclusive ownership over it;
• use the Content as input or training data for machine-learning models that reproduce, replicate or substitute the Content;
• use the Content in connection with material that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence, terrorism or discrimination;
• use the Content in any manner that infringes the rights of any third party.

4. Ownership

You own your projects and the design work you produce using the Content. We retain ownership of the Site, the curation layer, our trademarks and brand assets, and any compilations or collections we publish. This Licence does not transfer underlying authorship of the Content; it grants you the rights described in Section 1.

5. Termination

This Licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop downloading new Content and stop creating new derivative works from previously downloaded Content; however, you may continue to use Content that was already legitimately incorporated into your end products before termination, so long as you do not redistribute it in violation of Section 3.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability

The Content is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Content is free of all third-party claims, that it is fit for any particular purpose, or that it is free of bugs, baking artefacts, scaling errors, or rendering issues across every engine, viewport or workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Licence is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the affected Content, or (b) one hundred Euros (EUR 100). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

This Licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of London.
